This Privacy Policy explains how ReferKamao ("ReferKamao", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit www.referkamao.com, use our web app or install our app (together, the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect only the information needed to run the Service, pay your rewards and keep the platform secure:

• Account information: name, email address and mobile number you provide when you register.
• Payout information: the UPI ID you add for withdrawals. We never ask for or store your UPI PIN, card details or bank passwords.
• Referral information: your referral code, who referred you, and the users in your referral network.
• Activity information: points earned, daily rewards played, withdrawal requests and support tickets.
• Device and log information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited and time of access.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookies section below.

• To create and manage your account and verify your mobile number.
• To credit referral commissions and daily rewards to your wallet.
• To verify and process withdrawals to your UPI ID.
• To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, bot traffic and abuse.
• To respond to your support requests and send important service messages.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To show advertisements on our public pages, as described below.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. ReferKamao uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure traffic and keep the Service secure.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Service, such as staying logged in, may not work correctly.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on some of our public pages. In connection with this:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to ReferKamao and/or other sites on the Internet.
• These vendors may collect information such as your browser type, IP address and the pages you visit in order to show relevant ads and measure their performance.

• You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript and web beacons in the advertisements that appear on ReferKamao, which are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. ReferKamao has no access to or control over these cookies. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third parties for more information about their practices and how to opt out.

ReferKamao points are earned only from referrals, network task completion and in-app daily rewards. We never give points, money or any other reward for viewing or clicking advertisements. Please do not click ads for any reason other than genuine interest; artificial clicking leads to account suspension.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, SMS/OTP delivery, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
• With payment and UPI providers, to the extent needed to send your withdrawals.
• With advertising partners such as Google, as described above.
• When required by law, court order or a lawful request from authorities, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to admin systems. OTPs are used only to verify your mobile number at registration and password reset. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data unless we must keep it by law.

• Access and update your profile information from the Settings page.
• Request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
• Opt out of personalised ads as described above.
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your points balance and referral history.

ReferKamao is intended only for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
